Are Animals Being Poisoned on 16th Ave and 86th St.?
A cat colony with twenty-six cats had only one cat come out when the feeder stopped by yesterday.
Todaym so far nine dead cats were found under a nearby deck. Their bodies were taken out tonight by some good Brooklynites. The cats aren’t your typical skinny, scrappy street cats. All of these cats are pretty – they are well-fed and have beautiful fur.
It is believed the cats were intentionally poisoned. How heart-breaking for these people caring for these cats for years. They don’t just feed the cats, they also bring them to the vet (TNR).
Senator Steve Chan was contacted and the police are investigating. The news was also contacted.
