Why Was Larry He’s Sign Put Outside This Home?
Sam (the man in the photo above) was surprised to see Larry He’s sign on his home.
Sam and his family are supporting Steve Chan and have displayed Chan’s sign.

Larry He is an experienced politician. Why is he having so much difficulty following the rules for signs?
I would say Larry didn’t instruct his staff well, but in May, Larry was seen placing his signs in the train station – which is not allowed. See photos:
