Why Hasn’t Kayla Santosuosso Told Our District About Plans For Tilyou Towers With 500 Units in Coney Island?
Crains wrote about a huge development coming to Coney with 527 apartments. Some developer is going to be scoring in Brooklyn.
Crains said it will have an 11-story platform and then two 28 story buildings on top of that!
Why is an out-of-district publication telling us what Kayla Santosuosso should have told the district?
Santosuosso could have simply said: A developer has filed plans for a building with 500+ apartments and then telling the community if she has met with the developer would have been the thing to do (In Bay Ridge, Kayla met with the developer for the Staples property and he LED with that at the Community Board 10 (like it was a done deal).
The building will have over 300 parking spots, so that’s a step in the right direction.
