Is CB 10 Going to Change the Zoning For the Bay Ridge Community Development Center on 98th Street?
On Wednesday, June 3rd at 7:00 pm, there is a meeting about rezoning this lot at 9818 Fort Hamilton Parkway for the Bay Ridge Community Development Corporation,
Strangely, I thought they always said Center….but these documents show the word -> Corporation. That’s a huge building for a residential block.
This notice has a date of May 27th for the meeting tomorrow, June 3rd.
Why was such short notice given by Community Board 10 for this meeting?
