Brooklyn Bear and Crabcakes at Brooklyn Roots
For Wednessday, Chef Thomas Perrone at Brooklyn Roots at 8620 – 3rd Avenue is featuring a new sandwich called the Brooklyn Bear.
It is a slow cooked Italian hot beef sandwich, sharp provolone, cherry peppers, giardiniera(pickled celery, cauliflower, and carrots.
Brooklyn Roots also has crab cakes today!
