Terina Restaurant owner, Chef Joe Salimeni teamed up with Chef Frank Bilotti for an unforgettable evening of fine dining. On Wednesday, June 3rd, Terina’s will have a special event that includes a seven-course dinner with wine pairing. $250 per person.
Chef Frank Bilotti is from Staten Island. He worked at Casa Belvedere and Mr. Ciao’s. He may look familiar because he has been on Chopped and Hell’s Kitchen.
