Senator Steve Chan spoke in Albany because he is proud to represent Sunset Park!
Another Senator made a resolution to celebrate Dominicans in Albany. Chan supported the resolution. I think this is the resolution:
Bay Ridge, while I love you, my heart belongs to Sunset Park because the people are a little scrappier and the community stands together better.
