Why is Justin Brannan Meeting With a Lobbyist?

Justin Brannan lost the election for NYC Comptroller. While he is still our Councilman, why is is meeting with lobbyist?
Barkan thinks Brannan is trying to be the OMB Director to the new mayor. Hopefully, Mayor Zohran isn’t interested in someone meeting with a lobbyist.
