A $30,000 Apartment on Avenue T in Brooklyn
Pix 11 News announced that there were some affordable apartments at 225 Avenue T, which isn’t too far away.
It’s a Mitchell Lama property and they listed these incomes for the affordable apartments:

Note: Mitchell- Lama housing can not be sold or transferred in a will. When the person dies, the property is returned to the housing company (unless someone can prove that they lived there with the person for at least two years – then they can claim succession rights.
