Malliotakis Displays Staten Island Artist’s Painting in Washington

Congresswoman Nicole Malliotakis shared that she is displaying Staten Island artist, Scott Lobaido’s painting of First Lady Melania Trump for Women’s History Month in Washington.

On 86th Street and Dahlgren Place, we have Lobaido’s beautiful flag painting.
