CB 10’s Art Deco Tour in Bay Ridge Was Today
Beautiful Bay Ridge shared these photos from the CB 10 Art Deco Tour on November 15th – scroll to see more (the arrow is on the middle right).
This was a two-hour walking tour and about forty people attended.
The tour highlighted eight sights. Stops included:
1) The Splendor Apartments at 7502 4th Avenue – the black doors are pictured above
2) Doctor’s Row (although these buildings are not art deco)
3) The former Lincoln Savings Bank
4) The Lincoln Law Office Building
5) 434 – 79th Street
6) Bay Ridge Jewish Center
7) Greatly Hall
8) St. Anselm Church
At the end of the tour, the Ridgites had refreshments at St. Anselm’s.
