Justin Brannan Thinks NYC Should Subsidize Ferry Rides From Brooklyn to Staten Island

Justin Brannan, who represents Bay Ridge to Coney Island wants a ferry from Brooklyn to Staten Island, while residents in Coney Island have been waiting for a ferry for years. See here:
