The Bay Ridge Committee for the St. Patrick’s Day Parade is having a fundraiser on October 20th from 7-11 pm. ShamrocktoberFest in Bay Ridge will feature The Brooklyn Bard, raffles, Guiness beer specials and t-shirt sales. $10 donation  21+
