- October 1st – Saint Patrick’s Church – Blessing at 12:00 pm on the lawn.
- October 1st – Saint Ephrem Blessing for Animals at 2pm by the Blessed Mary statue at 929 Bay Ridge Parkway
- October 4th – Saint Athanasius – Blessing of the Animals is at 6:30 pm in the parking lot 2154 – 61st Street
- October 4th – Saint Finbar Animal Blessing at 7:30 pm inside the church.
- October 7th – Our Lady of Angels is having a St. Francis Animal Blessing on October 7th at 12:00 pm in the Flower Pot Yard – 73rd Street and Fourth Avenue. Bring your pets.
- October 7th – Saint Anselm Church is also having the Blessing of the Animals on October 7th – 82nd and Fourth Avenue after the 11:00 am mass.
- October 8th – Good Shepherd Church 7420 – 4th Avenue. 10:45 am. Each pet will receive an “I am blessed” tag and a copy of the prayer of St. Francis of Assisi.
