NYPD Wants Our Help in Finding This Man – April 15th Incident on 86th Street
The NYPD needs help identifying the person in this video. This person pushed a 67-year-old woman in front of the Banana Republic Factory Store at 422 -86th Street on Tuesday, April 16th at 3:50 pm.
The person is a male wearing a green camouflage coat, black pants, and black and white slippers.
