Susan Zhuang Had Graffiti Removed…Thug Put Their Initials Again
Council representative Susan Zhuang had graffiti painted over on 13th Avenue and 61st Street. It’s not the best paint job, but it got right of the graffiti.
Within days someone added their ugly graffiti:
