Bay Ridge Has Become Immune to The Racetrack
The good weather has brought all the drivers to our neighborhood. They rev their engines and get ready to race. The problem is they race until around 2:00 am before going home.
Is Bay Ridge immune to the speeding?
The circular tire track marks on 4th Avenue and the Bay Ridge Parkway intersection have people worried.
