Community Leader Removed From CB 10 Before Her Term Was Over
On April 25th, Barbara V. received a letter that she was removed from Community Board 10 because of rezoning.
Since elected leaders gerrymandered the area, our Community Board has representatives from other City Council representatives that represent parts of Bay Ridge and Dyker Heights.
Barbara was appointed last year and had another year left!
Barbara took her position on CB 10 very seriously. She would research everything and explain things to Bay Ridge. Barbara was amazing on the police and public safety committee. Barbara loves this community and speaks out for Bay Ridge and Dyker Heights.
Brooklyn Borough President, Antonio Reynoso should not have added more members to Community Board 10.
I don’t know Barbara personally, but we see the parent of an elected representative has not been removed from CB 10. (See list) C’mon!
