76th Street & 3rd Avenue – 3 Empty Storefronts

I didn’t realize that Square Plus on 3rd Avenue and 76th Street had closed. That makes three empty stores in a row. The liquor store on the corner closed years ago – I wonder why no one rented the place yet.
