Is Angel Guardian’s Landmarked Building Being Maintained? Vito LaBella Says No!
Vito LaBella noticed that the landmarked building, Angel Guardian Home, is not being cared for and maintained as a landmarked building.
LaBella noticed the following:
a) The copper gutters have separated and come off the building. The water is causing damage to some of the bricks as well.
b) There is blue graffiti on the brick wall on the side of the building.
c) Windows were left open so water is getting into the building.
LaBella explained that a local law can be passed to bring the building up to landmarked condition.
Vito LaBella showed what proper stewardship of a landmarked building looked like (He showed a beautiful building on 3rd Street and 3rd Avenue.)
