Target at Ceasar’s Bay – Everything is Locked Up
Assemblyman Lester Chang shared a video from Target in Cesar’s Bay. There’s aisles of locked cases so thieves can’t rob the store. But this makes shopping annoying too.
I captured this footage at a chain store in Brooklyn. Everything is locked up, probably because of the 44%?? in shoplifting from last year!

Assemblyman Chang said that the reason is because shoplifting is up 44% now than last year!
