Update: Husky is Back With His Fmaily

A large white dog was found running alone on 79th Street and Shore Road at 7:45 pm tonight.

A good person caught the dog and called the police at 333- 65th Street.

   Good News! The husky is home with his family. Thanks to a couple of quick acting neighbors who texted the photo, location and situation immediately. Within 3 minutes, local dog trainer Jake recognised him… and was there with a collar and leash to take him home to his family before 8pm. It’s nice to know that people care and that the dog was protected and not injured.
