Alarming segment on the current lack of enforcement of adult-use #cannabis dispensary sales in NYC. Many former street dealers/opportunists are simply opening up shop without a license and staying open without penalty. A Bay Ridge resident went into the store and then called out the politicians in this area. Justin Brannan is on the video. He hasn’t done anything about it.
Andrew Gounardes voted for the weed in the NYS Senate. Now Bay Ridge has 22 weed stores and Gounardes. He didn’t put any limits on how many stores there could be in a community.
Anyone who knows Brooklyn knows Brooklyn won’t do well with this.

Hey you wanna smoke weed, no issue here not for me, decriminalize it i agree with, now lets go a step further, leagalize it, have over 22 shops in bay ridge near schools and places kids frequent, with all bright colors ect. My almost 5 year old son asked me what this big colorfull blunt was and glass bongs are they toys, hey not crazy about that but ok. But now how do you enforce people driving around recklessly smoking it??? you think they would have thought of that. I see tons of kids driving reckless and smoking. Horrible, I feel unsafe, Vote VITO LABELLA- im tired of this
