RIP Unique Smith – He was Only 15-Year-Old
On Wednesday, September 7th. Unique Smith, a 15-year-old student at Brooklyn Laboratory Charter School was shot in McLaughlin Park in Brooklyn. (News here and here)
EMS transported Smith to Methodist Hospital, where he died a short time later.
What started as a fist fight between Unique Smith and a masked guy, ended with Unique being shot in the stomach. Meaning: the guy was losing the fist fight so he shot Unique to save face.
Following the shooting, two masked men fled from the park on Tillary Street in the direction of Adams. (Source)
The killing of young teens will continue in Brooklyn because no one cares to make any changes. Meaning: Politicians are too focused with lobbyists and publishing their pictures. If politicians cared, there would be protocols for when there is a shooting involving a child or teen. There’s nothing, but pols Tweeting about it.
Prayers for Unique’s mother and family and friends. Nothing could be worse than his mother hearing this news.

I leaned a long time ago fighting especially these days can end in one of 2 ways 1.Accidentally killing the other person in turn you going to prison 2. You end up being killed, some of my so called friends growing up usta call me a punk for not fighting I always told them the same statement every time to fight makes u down I’d rather be a alive punk than being down most of those whom called me punk out of five 4 dead by violence and they definitely down as in GROUND
