Vote for Grandma’s Love To Win $1500

Theresa Monforte-Caraballo runs Grandma’s Love. The organization packs backpacks with food and children bring it home to their families for the weekend. It’s a way to make sure children at-risk get the basics and are being taken care of. (More Info Here)
When I first read read heard about Grandma’s Love, I realized Theresa is an angel. She’s taking care of people, whose needs wouldn’t be noticed. Throughout the year, Theresa and her group provides children with school supplies, books, holiday presents and clothing to keep them warm.
Last year, Grandma’s Love put book vending machines in hospitals, so children receiving treatment would be able to get a fresh book.
