The title of the workshop held by the Brooklyn Eviction Defense at the Bay Ridge Library today is: “How to Research Your Landlord.” Just the way it is worded sounds off. More info:

Look at your apartment building’s history or something like that would have been less accusatory. But I guess the current title fits NYC’s vibe right now.
