On Monday, December 8, 2025 at 7:00 pm, Community Board 10 is having a Zoning and Land Use Meeting to discuss rezoning of 9201 – 4th Avenue. You can go to the District Office at 8119 – 5th Avenue or register to participate over Zoom at: https://bit.ly/44aeVhW
9201 – 4th Avenue will need both a zoning map amendment and a zoning text amendment. If they rezone for this building, all other buildings will also want to build to eleven stories.

Community Board 10, Justin Brannan and the unregistered lobbyist did not do the best for our community.
In 2021, we saw Community Board approve the second school property that Tim Ziss owned because of Justin Brannan’s push. Info: Nathan’s Property and This New School – What No One Is Telling Bay Ridge About These Two Properties..(see the video on how this went down at a CB 10 Meeting).

You won’t see Senator Andrew Gounardes or ANYONE on CB 10 stand up and speak for the community on this. #Crickets
I expect this rezoning to pass, but it will be interesting to see which CB 10 member is pushing it.
