Taxicab Slammed Into the Front of Carvel After Speeding Around the Corner

A taxicab slammed into the front of Carvel on 3rd Avenue in Bay Ridge at 7:50 am.
This man sped around the corner in the taxi and could have killed pedestrians. A woman and her dog were very lucky.
