Around 9:45 pm, someone flipped a SUV on 4th Avenue and 63rd Street in Sunset Park, Brooklyn. (Info here) Thankfully, no one was seriously hurt.

What speed would someone need to be going to flip a vehicle?

Anyone who flips a vehicle should be fined for wasting our FDNY and emergency responder’s time.
