The Prince Hotel in Bay Ridge Has a New Owner
The Prince Hotel at 311-315 93rd Street has a new owner!
John shared a photo of the Prince Hotel without it’s faded awning. (See here) Already the building looks a lot better!
Last Spring, 9,900,000 was the asking price (see here)
The new owners purchased the building in January for $6.500,000
