Gersh Kuntzman is coloring in your license plate with a sharpe, if the paint is chipped. Many drivers are altering their license plates so red light cameras can’t ticket them.

In Bay Ridge, Gersh wanted to move the license plate on this Jeep that was parked on the same block of the 68th Precinct.

He should be punched in the face for touching other people’s property. It’s not yours leave it alone.
Tolls are illegal and should not exist. We took in 82.4 billion dollars left year in NYS in just fuel taxes and tolls alone. That’s almost 25% of all toll and fuel revenue collected by all 50 states combined. Yet or roads and infrastructure are crumbling. NYC/NY State are corrupt to the bone and they don’t need anymore money.
And people like him don’t need to touch anyone’s cars!
