Century 21 Department Store Acquires Another Property Before They Build on 86th Street in Bay Ridge
ASG Equities, the real estate used by the Gindi family purchased all of the property that went with the Century 21 Department Store on 86th Street in Bay Ridge.
They purchased it from Julian and Sharon Smith Family Trust. (See here)
Now they are ready to build something great on 86th Street.
