No wonder Gounardes isn’t representing Bay Ridge and Marine Park. There are people who have a lot of money to his holiday party. Notice there are no $50 or $75 seats.
Why aren’t any of those Democrats telling Gounardes to do his job and represent the people of Bay Ridge, instead of accepting PAC money – #PayToPlay politics. Because they don’t care!
Why is Gounardes collecting money now? His election isn’t until next November. Gounardes recently had a birthday fundraiser.
NYS Democrats will do the same as the last election and throw hundreds of thousands into our election because because Gounardes can’t raise his own money and they wanted to buy the seat.
Imagine if Andrew Gounardes actually did his job and in January, he and Eric Adams froze property taxes, introduced a normal tax rate for all and Gounardes worked for his community? That’s not going to happen because politicians who are out for themselves throw holiday parties to make money.
Gounardes likes to write on Twitter, but he isn’t forthright in explaining why the voter turnout in Brooklyn is low. He pretends that he isn’t part of the broken system of Pay-to-Play Politics. PAC money is easy money and Gounardes knows you don’t know he is writing bills for some of the PACs. (See here)
