Rally at Seth Low Playground on August 1st
On July 17th, around 7:00 pm, a 89-year-old, Asian woman was slapped and then lit on fire by two men. How disgusting!
The elderly woman didn’t tell her family about the incident right away. Her family showed the burned shirt to the news several days after the incident.
Update: Hip Hop MC, China Mac is holding a rally on Saturday, August 1st at Seth Low Playground at 3:00 pm in Bensonhurst. He said, “We are not going to tolerate racism or hate crimes.”
He was completely disgusted that an elderly woman was attacked. His response was better than most politicians who had little to no response.
CHINA MAC SAID, ” WE MUST NO LONGER SIT BACK AND ALLOW THIS TO HAPPEN. WE CAN NOT BE QUIET AND DOCILE ANY LONGER. I ASK ALL OF MY BROTHERS AND SISTERS TO STAND WITH ME. THERE IS STRENGTH IN NUMBERS.”
Hugs,
marlene
