Officer Sick on 84th Street
Update: The officer is fine and at home now. Info here
NYC 911 put out an alert that an office was hurt at 1434 84th Street.
An officer was not hurt. A 62nd precinct police officer fainted/didn’t feel well, so he was taken to the hospital.
But the call went in differently than that…maybe to get immediate help from the NYPD?
The streets were closed off and even the people on the Belt Parkway were delayed due to the motorcade.
The Citizen App stated that a police office was injured. The Citizen App also states that a man was shot in the foot tonight around 6pm (it doesn’t say it was the officer). Half of the items on Citizen App aren’t true – so while something happened – who knows what the story is. See videos
Another tweet followed stating that the officer was found to be conscious and alert – it doesn’t explain any more. See here
The streets were closed to allow emergency vehicles to get through fast.
Last month, there was a problem down the block from this home on 84th Street. See here
Hugs,
marlene
