Another man jumped from the Verrazzano Bridge before noon today. An empty black sedan was found on the bridge (see video below) The 50-year-old man was seen walking on the bridge before he jumped.
The man was recovered from the water from the Coast Guard close to Staten Island. His body was brought to the hospital. Story here

This time of the year is a hard for many people. Last night, a 44-year-old man jumped from the Verrazzano. Initially, he was alive, but he died at the hospital. See here

If any one ever sees someone walking on a bridge don’t film them or take pictures. Call 911 and just stop, tell them that you love them and remind them people care about them. This was my friend and he will be missed by many. Rest In Peace Big E.

Dear Big E’s Friend in NJ,
I’m so sorry for your loss. : (
A lot of people from NJ have searched for this article, so obviously this man had a lot of people who cared about him and got to a spot in life where he felt helpless.
I’ve been watching this bridge for 7 years – there’s never been this many people looking for information about a person who jumped.
