Scuba Lessons for Children in Brooklyn
Some people suggest teens should be 17+ because this can be a dangerous sport. Here is a video of nine high school students from the Urban Assembly NY Harbor School who are certified to swim in Coney Island (so cool).

2) My friends (adults) took Scuba lessons nearby with Ocean Horizons Scuba Shop located at 886 – 71st Street Brooklyn 11228. 718-833-0366 Pictures online show some young teens, but I don’t know the age cutoff for this place.
