Engineer Okays the House
The Engineer went out to our house and gave us a huge report today. Basically it’s a good house with minor problems. Here’s its problems:
Electrical Box needs to be replaced as it was the type that was recalled (name: Federal)
Back door needs hardware and new screen
Back awning needs replacement
Bathroom tub stopper doesn’t work
Bathroom sink drips
Roof hatch needs a lock. It has an alarm.
Need CO monitors
We will be taking care of all these things before we move in! Im glad it was just minor things.
