I know a lot of Bay Ridge realtors think the Bay Ridge Real Estate Market can hold onto $799,000+ homes, but the truth is the market is at 7114 – the way the market was over 12 years ago. There’s no way million dollar homes in Bay Ridge are going to sell.

$600,000 homes, YES!
