Levi Aron’s Cat Removed by Police

The latest in the Levi Aron case……Levi Aron’s cat was taken out of the home.

Why would the police remove the cat from Levi Aron’s home?

Maybe they are looking to see if Levi lured Leiby with the cat and the cat may have prints or dna on him?

An eight count indictment against Levi Aron was given today. Levi Aron was indicted with two counts of first degree murder and several other crimes as well (kidnapping).

Why was Levi Aron indicted with two counts of first degree murder? Each act of a crime gets a count – Aron both poisoned and suffocated Levi Aron. This helps to ensure a conviction in case.

In New York, we don’t have the death penalty, but if he is found guilty of first degree murder, Aron will spend life in prison without parole.

Since Leibby was taken across the border into NJ when Aron brought him to the wedding  Monday night,  the state of New Jersey will be charging Levi Aron with kidnapping soon as well.

Hugs,
marlene

Hey Marlene, This is the third time I have been by to post a comment. The first two times I was called away by one or another child.

First of all this is so sad and the other day when I was on here reading and going to comment was when you said how we parents should not tell our children that all strangers are bad. You are most certainly right! Another thing to remind our children even if they ask someone for help the majority of people now have cell phones so there is no need to go anyplace with someone you don’t know. If they can’t get ahold of a family member then ask them to call the police so they can take them home.

Thank you for stopping by my blog. I have been a bad blogger here in the past year. I really need to get back into it again it’s one thing that I did that I really enjoyed. To answer your question about the pool in the picture… yes it is the pool at our YMCA. It is really nice and the kids love it. Take Care :)

That’s such a good point Vicki – I am going to go add it to the list.
