The original Juniors Restaurant in Brooklyn is closing because the area is hot, hot, hot! They have valued the p0roperty at 45 – 55 MILLION DOLLARS! Most of the downtown area near Albee Square was rezoned and developers can build up like 20+ stories so it makes sense that the building was purchased for condos.
