We went to see a two family house in Bay Ridge. Big house – very small backyard. We want to get a pool eventually so I don’t know if this is the house for us. Hopefully, something more fitting will come along.

Edit: No one on our team won, but thank you all for participating. We sold 85 ducks! 9,000 were sold in total. On Wednesday at the South Street Seaport, there will be a duck race! That’s right – 25,000 plastic rubber duckies will be placed in the water and sent downward towards the South Street […]
Tuesday, August 5th, 2008Montgomery Ward Sucks!
Six months ago hackers got into Montgomery Wards records. The records contained my information, as well as 51,000 to 200,000 thousand others. What info besides my credit card numbers? My name, address, security code, etc. At the end of June, the story broke. I was contacted last week about it by my credit card (AMEX) […]

A friend of mine asked me to help clean out her place. Before I went, I told another friend that I would probably throw out 80 – 85% of the items in her place. She has a lot of old junk there. I’ve seen it while visiting and in my mind, I thought about telling […]

Over the years I have used some fancy hair conditioners. Whatever the hair salon recommended, I bought. When I went to the store, I figured the more expensive stuff was the best. Today, I used a highly recommended cheap hair conditioner and my hair looks and feels great. My highlights look fresh. My hair is […]

Friday, August 1st, 2008A Memory
Everyone once in awhile, I have a flashback memory. Most time life moves too quick for me to look back. I was very fortunate to have a wonderful godmother. My father chose his Aunt Helen to by my godmother. Aunt Helen was the sister-in-law to my grandmother. My grandmother didn’t like Aunt Helen and told […]
