Why Nothing Gets Done and they Won’t Have My Vote

September 26, 2013 edit – I used to have an article about Andrew here, but then I noticed that someone at Marty Golden’s office was spending way to much time on this blog entry so I took it down because that’s more time that they aren’t helping us.  (You can read about how one of Golden’s employees failed to help us)   Ever since then, someone at Golden’s office will load my blog. I have posted other logs of them at my site as well (see here - post to this blog entry)

You can see today’s log file here:

I saw him outside the train station. He introduced himself, but he didn’t seem to have a lot to offer yet. In a few years he may be able to come back and show his involvement and leadership skills.

Do you think that you may need to put some effort into learning what Andrew Gounardes stands for if you really want to know it? I have been to the meeting with him, and when asked about his priorities, Andrew answered right away: education and pubic transportation. If you a Bay Ridge resident, you should applaud his priorities.

But what has he done already? We should see some school programs that he has participated in or something that he has helped in transportation – there’s nothing.

I think if you want to hold office, you need to do more than I do.

im confused. this is a state level office – technically a part time job. this is how young people get into public service. he has volunteered for his community, worked for a city council member, worked for a congress person. hes worked for a nonprofit that gives grants to groups including local schools in the district. hes on the community board.

now hes trying to get his first elected position. hes constitutionally qualified and – through his work and volunteer history – clearly qualified otherwise. the kids not running for governor or mayor or president. what more do you want? only cops and teachers and nurses can run? only business owners? thats already the problem. we have legislatures filled with trial laywers and business people, not real people.

Ralph – you are another person who has come by and can’t explain what Gounardes has done already.

If you consider it a part-time job and it’s not important, why did you search for him and come to my site?

And finally when you left your comment, you used my domain as your e-mail address…..why? Because you are a loser. What man writes something on the web and can’t stand behind it? A loser.

October 26th – Ralph returned to my blog and wrote two inappropriate comments.

Ralph – go to the Huffington Post and write whatever you want…the Internet is a free place, my website isn’t. You want to be a disgusting man – don’t do it near me. Write here again and I will seek help from the police.
