Hurricane Advice
When we had the tropical storm this Summer, we saw the response from city agencies was terrible.
Councilman Justin Brannan is the chair of NYC Council’s Committee on Resiliency and Waterfronts. NYC Council should get experts to handle important things, as a tropical storm shouldn’t have been able to knock out parts of the city for that long!
