RIP Randy Pausch

Randy Pausch, former professor and author of the Last Lecture died this morning. The charming Professor Pausch inspired millions of people to evaluate their life and their priorities. Over 3 million people have watched his Last Lecture on You Tube. He spent his last days living his life to the fullest with his family.

When I heard the last lecture, I was surprised and inspired by these words: “I don’t know how to not have fun, I’m dying and I’m having fun. And I’m going to keep having fun every day I have left. Because there’s no other way to play it.”  I guess I just wanted him to be the one who survived cancer.

   Powerful words, a real inspiration to others. At least he is now with God and while those left miss his presence, he will be having more fun now than he ever imagined possible.
