Rest in Peace John Gangemi
I met John Gangemi while he was campaigning in 2013 for the Brooklyn Borough President position. Gangemi was challenging Eric Adams. Gangemi was a Councilman for the Borough of Brooklyn and he was also an Assistant District Attorney.

John Gangemi was a natural storyteller and I was so glad to find this video of him on Youtube. He had a lot of stories to tell because he lived a great life. I don’t remember everything he said because we met him at during a busy festival. I do remember him telling us the story of how he met his wife.
One thing about John Gangemi was that he loved Brooklyn and he loved the people in Brooklyn.
RIP John Gangemi. Prayers for his wife and family.
