Have you heard of the water main break in Bay Ridge that closed Xaverian and flooded some residents on MacKay Place? Oh…….what a nightmare. The DEP was giving the home owners a hard time.
The resident said: “Justin Brannan is My Lifeline”…….the Councilman has only been in office for a few short weeks and he’s been quite busy.
