I went back to school
I’ve had such a wonderful summer that it’s hard to return to school. But I went back today and fixed up my lab. It’s a beautiful room and as I cleaned and rearranged, I thought about all the great things that kids have done in my room.
This will be my 15th year teaching. The years have gone by so fast and I can’t believe that students who I taught are now teachers themselves. I love that students from many years ago still contact me to let me know how well they are doing or to ask for help along their journey.
Something tells me something is going to be *very* special this year. I ask Jesus to give me patience as I begin with a new group of students. I ask Jesus to continually remind me that I can make a kid (or many kids) day, week or year with kind works. I hope that you and your children enjoy going back to school!
Hugs,
marlene

I’m so glad you stopped by, and that you like my blog :) The look is fairly new and I’m quite pleased!!
What grade/subjest do you teach? Currently I’m homeschooling a Sophomore, 8th grader, 5th grader, and two preschoolers. Holy cow, now that I’ve typed that, I think I’ll go get more coffee!
