Gareth Hoeni – Chase Bank Fail
Today we received a new GFE from Chase and it still contains errors.
But this post is really just to show the arrogance of Chase employee, Gareth Hoeni on December 4th.
We pointed out the mistakes on the GFE to Mr. Hoeni – a supervisor at Chase. Mr. Hoeni was so arrogant that he wrote there was NO mistakes on the GFE. He didn’t even check. How do I know? Because we are not bankers and we found mistakes in the GFE. If a banker with even a little experience looked at he GFE, the would see the mistakes. If we had not caught the mistake, it would have cost us over $4000 more. Yes, a difference in thousands was not caught by a Chase Employee that is a supervisor for his area. Do you think he will issue an apology now that he sees someone else caught the erroR?
OH and another disgrace, Saber Salam did not catch this error either.
BTW, Chase thanks for forgetting that I work for a union and should be receiving no origination fees for this refinance. Chase continues to put down $445 for this fee
Gareth Hoeni apparently didn’t have much experience being a supervisor because he wanted Leon and I to talk to the people who weren’t doing the mortgage paperwork and train them for him. UMMMM Hello Gareth – that’s your job to get on the phone and tell your employees what to do.
