Saber Salam – Chase Bank Executive Fails to Help

I am finally able to locate a supervisor and get his e-mail address so we can get help with our refinance. I write a huge letter to him explaining all the problems and ask for new mortgage processors in Brooklyn.

After reading my huge letter and seeing my request, he writes this three line e-mail:

I called Mr. Salam on the phone and he screamed at me over the phone. I had to contact his supervisor because he didn’t assist me – not even a little.  When I asked him to review a document, he said it was correct, even though the numbers were incorrect.  I am not sure how Chase chooses their supervisors, but someone should check the arrogance level of this man.

12/19: We are on our third GFE (we actually had 7 or 8 GRE’s because the Chase staff and Saber Salem made so many mistakes. January 2013: At Closing the numbers on our closing documents were still wrong and Chase had to issue two separate checks because they didn’t do the Math right.

Our home has been classified as a one family, a two family and now a three unit building. The appraisal took place on Columbus Day weekend so shouldn’t that be cleared up by now?

    Chase bank customer service fail.

I am having similar problems concerning refinancing with Chase Bank. Have you been able to close?

I was able to close…it took four months but we were able to close.

If you are having problems with Chase, ask each person who isn’t providing you service for their supervisors name and keep going up the ladder until you get the service you know you are suppose to receive. There are people receiving bonuses based on the money they brought in through your transaction.

I am in the EIGHTH MONTH of my refinancing application. The stonewalling is unbelievable. I found you because Saber Salams’ name was mentioned during a telephone conversation. Chase Bank would not provide his contact information. Would you kindly post it please?

I pay my bills, unable to sell my home, lost one third of its value and now going through this all because of too big to fail and obviously pay their bonuses.

      Love your blog! Keep clicking!
